Dashboard
The dashboard is the central hub in Expirly. After logging in, you see an overview of all monitored items with their current status.
Structure
The dashboard consists of several sections:
Statistics Cards
At the top, you see four key metrics at a glance:
- Total – Number of all items in the workspace
- OK – Items with sufficient remaining time
- Warning – Items that will expire soon
- Critical / Expired – Items that require immediate attention
Health Score
A donut chart shows the percentage distribution of your items by status. The higher the share of green items, the better your Health Score.
Expiration Timeline
A bar chart visualizes upcoming expirations over the next 90 days. This allows you to quickly identify when clusters occur.
Item Table
The main table lists all items with:
- Name, category, and status badge
- Expiration date and remaining days
- Assigned tags
- Assigned person (PRO+)
The table is searchable (name, domain, vehicle make) and filterable by category or status. The default sorting shows the most urgent items first.
Activity Feed (PRO+)
In the “Activity” tab, you see a chronological overview of recent workspace actions: item creations, changes, team invitations, and more.
Agency Overview (Agency)
In the Agency plan, a cross-workspace view is available under Dashboard → Overview:
- Total number of workspaces and items
- Health Score per workspace
- Risk overview: Workspaces with the most critical items are shown first
