Zapier / Make

Send expiration reminders to Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat) for custom automations. Available from the Pro plan and above.

Setup

  1. Create a new Zap/Scenario with a Webhooks trigger (Catch Hook)
  2. Copy the webhook URL
  3. In Expirly: Go to Settings → Notifications → Zapier/Make
  4. Paste the webhook URL and save
  5. Click Test to send a sample payload

Payload Format

The webhook sends a JSON payload with item details that you can use in your Zapier/Make workflow for any follow-up actions (create tickets, send SMS, update spreadsheets, etc.).
