Item Linking

Item linking allows you to connect related items to each other. Available from the Business plan onwards.

Use Cases

  • SSL certificate → belongs to a domain
  • Domain → has an associated SSL certificate and a hosting subscription
  • License → belongs to a contract
  • Vehicle service → belongs to the vehicle safety inspection
  1. Open the detail page of an item
  2. Scroll to the Links section
  3. Click Add Link
  4. Search for and select the item to link

Hierarchical View

Linked items are displayed on the dashboard in a hierarchical view (parent-child). This helps you maintain an overview of complex infrastructures.

Links can be removed at any time on the item detail page without deleting either of the items.
