Notifications
Under Settings → Notifications you configure all notification channels and scheduled reports.
Setting Up Channels
Each channel requires a webhook URL or bot credentials. All tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in the database.

After saving, you can use the Test button to send a test message to the respective channel to verify the connection.
Scheduled Reports (PRO+)
Automatic status summaries via email:
- Enable Reports – Toggle to “On”
- Choose Schedule – Weekly (Monday 08:00) or Monthly (1st of the month, 08:00)
- Recipient Email – The email address the report should be sent to
Times are based on the workspace timezone.
User Notifications (PRO+)
In addition to item reminders, you can enable personal notifications:
- On Assignment – Notification when an item is assigned to you
- On Comment – Notification when a comment is written on an item assigned to you
