Budget Dashboard
The budget dashboard gives you an overview of all ongoing costs for your subscriptions, licenses, and contracts.
Features
Cost Overview
- Monthly total costs – All subscription and license costs converted to a monthly basis
- Annual total costs – Projected over the year
- Separate display per currency (EUR, USD, CHF, etc.)
Breakdown by Category
A horizontal bar chart shows the cost distribution by category:
- Subscriptions
- Licenses (with seat multiplier)
- Contracts
- Other categories with a recorded price
Detail Table
The table lists all paid items with:

| Category | SSL, license, subscription, etc. |
| Price | Unit price or total price |
| Billing period | Monthly, annually, etc. |
| Monthly costs | Converted monthly amount |
License Seats
For licenses with a recorded seat count (e.g., Microsoft 365 with 50 seats), the price is automatically multiplied by the number of seats. This way, you see the actual total costs.
