Health Score (Pie Chart)

Percentage distribution of all items by status (OK, Warning, Critical, Expired) as an interactive donut chart.

Expiration Velocity

Trend view: How many items expire per week or month? This helps you identify clusters and plan ahead in time.

Category Risk

Bar chart showing the number of at-risk items per category. Shows at a glance whether, for example, your SSL certificates or contracts are the most critical.

Cost Forecast

Projection of expected monthly and annual renewal costs based on the recorded prices and billing periods.

Historical Trends

Line chart of the Health Score over the last 30 days (based on daily snapshots). Shows whether your workspace health is improving or deteriorating.

Expiring Soon

Widget with the 5 items that will expire in the next 30 days – as a quick-access feature directly on the Insights page.
