Templates

With templates, you can save frequently used item configurations and reuse them when creating new items.

Creating a Template

  1. When creating a new item: Fill in all desired fields
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Choose a name for the template

Alternatively, you can manage templates directly under Dashboard → Templates.

Using a Template

  1. When creating a new item: Click Load Template
  2. Select a template from the list
  3. The fields are pre-filled – you can adjust them before saving

What Is Saved?

  • Category
  • Category-specific default fields
  • Reminder configuration (days + channel)

Not saved: Name, expiration date, domain, and notes – these are item-specific and must be entered anew each time.

Management

Under Dashboard → Templates, you can view, edit, and delete all templates.
